If all the lines to our department are busy, you will be able to leave a message and we will call you back. Meal choices should be called in after 4:00 and left on the answering machine.
There is no residency requirement for any of our trips. There is no age requirement to participate. The trips are mainly geared to senior citizens; however, some trips do require a lot of walking. If this is a problem for you, please call and inquire whether the trip is suitable to your capabilities.

When making a reservation, please have the name, email address, phone number, and an emergency contact person (someone not traveling with you) for each member of your party. To assure group seating, a deposit must be made for each group member at the same time. Deposits must be received within one week of making a reservation or your reservation will be cancelled.
Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Itineraries and prices are subject to change due to the need of advance bookings.
Anyone requiring assistance should travel with a companion as we cannot provide a physical escort to assist you or provide assistance with medical appliances.
All requests for special accommodations should be made when making your initial reservation (i.e. smoking/non-smoking room, walking difficulties, etc.).
Payment - Payment can be made by check or credit card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. Checks should be made payable to SCUCS, Inc. A deposit of one-half the price of the trip must be sent within one week to hold any reservation. The final payment is due one month prior to the date of the trip for day trips, except for New York City/Broadway productions which is two months. For longer trips, please call the office for payment details. All returned checks are subject to a $15 service charge. Seating - Specific seat assignments are made on all our tours and are based on the time we receive a payment for the trip. If you are traveling with friends, they should mail a payment at the same time to help insure sitting together. People traveling alone are placed where there is an available seat. You will receive an email or letter informing you of your seat assignment prior to your trip. Any special request for seat assignments must be done with each individual reservation and will be considered but not guaranteed. Cancellation - Trips cannot be booked or cancelled by leaving a phone message or sending an email. SCUCS has the right to cancel reservations if a deposit is not received within one week of making your reservation and the right to cancel any tour if there is an insufficient response. If a trip is cancelled due to insufficient response, you will receive a full refund without any deductions. Passengers canceling less than four (4) weeks before the scheduled day trip will not be refunded unless insurance has been taken out on the trip. In some cases, just a Cancellation Fee may apply. This fee will be waived if the space is subsequently resold. This policy does not apply to overnight trips, New York shows, or major productions where we need two months notice, and air tours cancellation are subject to supplier. Unless space is resold, there will be no refunds without insurance. Passengers who do not travel are subject to 100% cancellation penalties. There will be no refunds for unused portions of your tour. Insurance - Insurance is available and recommended for all trips with coverage for pre-departure (due to injury, sickness or death), post-departure trip interruption, travel delays, medical expenses/emergency assistance, accidental death and dismemberment and baggage/personal effects and can be purchased through our office. Insurance is available for those with pre-existing conditions but must be purchased within one week of deposit in order to be covered. Insurance premiums are non-refundable unless SCUCS cancels the trip. Smoking - There is a "No Smoking" policy on our coaches. Some coaches do not allow food or drink on the vehicle. Disclaimer - SCUCS is the trip organizer/coordinator and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the performance of subcontractors. In the event of a subcontractor's failure to perform, SCUCS will diligently pursue available remedies, but under no circumstances does SCUCS guarantee restitution. Clients' sole remedy is to seek compensation directly from the subcontractor. Return times are approximate and vary due to conditions. SCUCS will not reimburse clients for expenses incurred by them if they do not complete a trip with the group. Departure - All tours leave from 537 W. Nicholson Road in Audubon unless otherwise noted. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time to check in with your tour guide. SCUCS assumes no responsibility for vehicles left at any pick-up location.
