Enjoy history from the Old Testament in two of America's newest museums. The Creation Museum offers a stunning interpretation of Adam and Eve's Garden of Eden, and much more. Then at the Ark Encounter, you are seemingly transported backward in time to meet Noah and his family, to gain an understanding of what life was like prior to the flood, and how they might have lived onboard for those 40 days. What was life like? from cooking food to sleeping, recreation, and even gardening. This trip also includes a dinner cruise in Cincinnati where you enjoy a fantastic meal as well as the beautiful skyline.

Day 1

Today after a long day of travel you arrive in Columbus Ohio where you will enjoy a wonderful traditional German meal in the heart of the German Village at Schmidt's Restaurant. Starting out as a meat packing plant in 1886 and opening the restaurant in 1967 in the same area of the pacing plant it was an instant success and still is today. The Schmidt's Fudge Haus and The Red Stable Gift & Souvenirs Shop are next door to explore and satisfy your sweet tooth.

Day 2

Breakfast will be available to enjoy before you start your day.

Today visit the Creation Museum. Be prepared to experience history in a completely unprecedented way. This state-of-the-art 70,000 square foot museum brings to life the pages of the Bible, casting its characters and animals in dynamic form and in familiar settings. Adam and Eve live in the Garden of Eden. Children play and dinosaurs roam near Eden's Rivers. The serpent coils cunningly in the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Majestic murals, great masterpieces brimming with pulsating colors and details, provide a backdrop for many of the settings. The museum has been divided into unusually configured spaces that allow for personal interaction with each of the 160 exhibits. The museum offers murals and realistic scenery, computer-generated visual effects, more than fifty exotic animals, life-sized people and dinosaur animatronics.

After your day at the Creation Museum you will check into your hotel at the Holiday Inn Express Cincinnati River front before heading out for your dinner cruise.

This evening enjoy a two and half hour dinner cruise aboard one of the B. B. Riverboats - the Belle of Cincinnati or River Queen. Take in the skyline, watch the river go by listen to the soft sounds of the DJ and enjoy a fantastic meal.

Today enjoy your visit to The Ark Encounter, it offers a experience like no other. From the moment you turn the corner and the towering Ark comes into view, to the friendly animals in the petting zoo, to the jaw-dropping exhibits inside the Ark, you'll experience the pages of the Bible like never before. This marvel of engineering is seven stories tall and is a football field and a half long. It is the largest timber frame structure in the world. Get ready to experience close-up encounters with stunning animals. Some life-like recreations from Noah's day and many living-and-breathing animals from today. Enjoy lunch on your own at Emzara's Kitchen or outdoor vendors.

After a day full of adventure and exploring the Ark you will travel to Grove City to stay at the Drury Inn and take part in their evening "Kick Back" full of goodies to satisfy the hungry traveler.
