Lovely Lazy Days....At the Top of the Bay  Wine Bingo included

Arrive in Cecil County, MD. Let’s begin the day by discovering Mt. Harmon Plantation, a well-preserved 18^th century colonial tobacco plantation overlooking the creeks and inlet of the Sassafras river. We will tour the manor house detached colonial kitchen, smoke house, replica slave quarters, and boxwood gardens. Hungry? Lunch will be at the Chesapeake House along the C and D Canal. Enjoy a crab cake or another local favorite. Dessert is triple chocolate cake! Broken Spoke, a boutique winery located on a horse farm is our next stop. We will play “WINE BINGO” in their rustic tasting room. After our wine time we can venture out to meet a variety of the animals including a donkey, sheep, goats, emus, peacocks, horses, and “Gus “ the pig!

Finally, no tour is complete without a trip to the ice cream shop! Return home with many great Eastern Shore Memories!

 Wine Bingo! Players get a bingo card 16 squares (15 wines +1 free square) no, we are not drinking 15 wines. A wine glass & the menu with the wine descriptions. The staff will pour everyone a sample of wine- give some hints as to type of wine etc. players will taste and try to identify the wine. We will ask players to raise their hand and tell us what wine it is. If the guess is correct they win a prize. Everyone will mark that square with the dabber. This continues until a player gets 4 in a row. We usually pour 5-6 wines and laugh a lot. I hope this helps.
